Nothing beats sipping on a cold glass of apple iced tea during a hot summer day. To begin this refreshing iced tea recipe, you will first need to take out a tea kettle. Fill the tea kettle with enough bottled water to yield one full tea cup after boiling. Next turn on your stove, and once the water is at a rolling boil, pour it into a small tea pot, and steep your tea in the scalding hot water for roughly ten minutes. Be sure to steep enough tea to create an extra strong brew, which will then go on to act as the flavor base for the whole batch. Once your strong tea is dark in color, strain it into an iced tea pitcher. Next pour in the six to seven cups of bottled spring or mineral water, then add the apple syrup in. Dolce brand apple syrup is the best I've found, so I highly recommend buying some which can be done over the internet. Finally take out a long mixer spoon, and vigorously stir up the iced tea, until all of the syrup has dissolved. Next slide the iced tea pitcher into the refrigerator, and let it chill for roughly two to three hours. Once the iced tea has chilled, serve it in tall glasses poured over crushed ice. For a garnish, sprinkle a small dash of organic cinnamon into each glass. We hope you have enjoyed this recipe, please browse around our website for more.
