Cooking Directions:
This is great iced tea blend to sip on a hot summer day. To begin you will first need to set your tea kettle on the stove, then add in enough bottled spring water to yield one full cup after boiling. Once your water has reach a rolling boil, pour it into a large tea mug. Next add in two to three bags of tea, which will ensure your tea is strong enough to flavor the whole batch. Let the tea bags steep for roughly seven minutes, or until you have a dark cherry color. Once your tea is done, strain it through a fine filter into a glass iced tea jug. From here pour in six cups of spring water, the Da Vinci black cherry syrup, and the strained lemon juice. Avoid allowing any lemon seeds or pulp into the tea, it has a tendency to make the flavor bitter. Now you can take out a long spoon, and stir up the tea until it is well mixed. At this point you should check the sweetness of the iced tea, and if you need more syrup, go ahead and stir some more in. Finally put the tea jug into the refrigerator to chill for two hours. Once the tea is ready to serve, pour it into glasses that have been filled with ice cubes. As an optional garnish choice, add a mint leaf to each glass, and let it float on top.
