Cooking Directions:
This is a classic English black tea recipe, and probably one of the more popular iced tea recipes. To begin ready your tea kettle, and then boil enough water to yield one finished cup after boiling. Next pour the scalding hot water into a tea pot, then add in the loose Gourmet English Breakfast Loose Leaf Black Tea. Go ahead and make sure this one cup of tea is as strong as possible, as you will use it as the flavor base of this recipe. Let the tea steep for about eight minutes, as obviously you don't need to worry about the tea getting cold. Once your tea is done, carefully strain it into an iced tea pitcher, making sure no loose tea particles get by. Next add in seven cups of water, the Monin lemon syrup, and the sweetened Carnation condensed milk. Next take out a long wooden spoon, and then rapidly stir up the brew, finally finishing with a smooth and even looking tea. Lastly place the pitcher into the refrigerator to chill for three hours, then serve it cold poured over a glass of crushed ice. Garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon.
