I added this iced tea recipe due to popular demand. I don't know anyone that doesn't like citrus iced tea, it's probably one of the more popular iced tea recipes out there. To begin place your tea kettle on the stove, and boil enough water to yield one full finished cup. Once the water is boiling, pour it into a tea pot, and then add in the citrus tea. You may use either loose or bagged tea. Next let your tea steep for about eight to nine minutes. Make sure that this one cup of tea is strong enough to flavor the whole iced tea batch. Obviously you don't have to worry about the tea getting cold, so really let those flavor notes run into the water. Once your tea is done, strain it into a glass pitcher, making sure to weed out any loose tea particles. Next add in the spring water, lemon syrup, lime syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice. Be sure to strain both the lemon and lime juice, as you don't want any seeds or pulp in your batch. Finally take out a long wooden spoon, and stir up the iced tea well, until all of the syrup has dissolved, and you have a nice even color. Next do a quick taste test, and if you find it needs more syrup, go ahead and add it in. Finally slide the iced tea pitcher into the refrigerator, and let it chill for two hours. Once the iced tea has chilled, serve it in tall iced tea glasses filled with crushed ice. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
