Cooking Directions:
As a person with a very low tolerance to caffeine I mostly drink decaffeinated teas and iced teas. If you're like me, then this soothing tea will really hit the spot on a hot summer evening. To prepare it, simply take out your tea kettle, and then boil enough bottled mineral water to yield one full cup. Next pour the scalding hot water into a large tea mug, and then add several tea bags to steep for eight minutes. Once your tea is strong enough to flavor the whole batch, pour it all into a serving pitcher. Next add in six to seven cups of water, the natural almond syrup, and the 2% cold milk. Stir up the brew until you have an even and milky color. Lastly slide the glass serving pitcher into the refrigerator to cool for a couple of hours. Once the iced tea is cold, pour it into tall glasses over crushed ice, then add one dash of ground nutmeg to each glass as a garnish.
