Preparing this green iced tea recipe is very simple. To begin take out your tea kettle, and add enough spring water to end up with one full cup after boiling. I recommend the amazing Wolfgang Puck Bistro Tea Kettle, if you don't already own a good one. Once your water reaches a boil, pour it over the green tea in a large tea cup, and let it steep for five minutes, or until you have a rich green and strong green tea mixture. While your cup of tea is still hot, add all of the honey into it, and stir until it dissolves completely. Next take out a large glass pitcher, and pour the strained tea into the pitcher. Next pour in the remaining spring water, which should total about six cups. Next pour in the lemon juice, then take out a large long wooden spoon, and stir the contents of the pitcher together well. Finally do a quick taste test to gauge the sweetness, and add more honey if needed. Finally put a lid over the pitcher, and slide it into the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. Once the iced tea has chilled, serve it in tall iced tea glasses, poured over cold ice cubes. We hope you enjoy this wonderful recipe.
