Cooking Directions:
Iced Tea Lemonade has been around for generations. To create this recipe, you will first need to take out your tea kettle, and then boil enough water to yield one full cup. Once the water is at a rolling boil, pour it into a tea pot, or a large tea cup. Next steep your tea in the hot water, making sure that the tea is strong enough to seed the whole iced tea batch. Let the tea steep for about six minutes to maximize the flavor. Once your tea is prepared, strain it into a large glass iced tea pitcher, making sure you filter out any loose tea particles. Next add in the six cups of fresh spring water, white sugar, and the frozen lemonade. Next take out a long wooden mixing spoon, and vigorously stir the contents up until all the sugar and frozen lemonade has completely dissolved. Lastly do a quick taste test to make sure the proportions are to your liking, make adjustments if necessary, then slide the pitcher into the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. Once the iced tea lemonade has chilled, serve it in tall iced tea glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf or two. We hope you find this recipe as delicious as we did.
