If you're a fan of limes, then this unique and somewhat unique tea blend will be prefect for you. To begin, set your tea kettle on the stove, and then add enough bottled water into it to yield one finished cup after boiling. Once your water is at a rolling boil, pour it into a tea pot. This tea calls for the loose type, so go ahead and add enough in so it's strong enough to to flavor the whole batch. With this tea, you will want to let it steep for eight minutes. By the way you can buy this excellent tea at many online tea or coffee shops. Once your tea has been prepared, take out a fine strainer, and pour the tea into an iced tea container. Try not to let any loose tea particles enter the container. Next add in six to seven cups of water, the lime syrup, and some fresh squeezed lime juice. Again strain the lime juice, weeding out any pulp or seeds. Finally take out a large spoon, and vigorously stir the contents until all the syrup is mixed in, and the tea has a consistent color. Go ahead and do a quick taste test to make sure it's sweet enough, and add more syrup if needed. Lastly put the iced tea container in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. Serve it cold poured over ice cubes, and garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig.
