This is a wonderful mint iced tea recipe, created on a bored hot summer day. To begin take out your tea kettle, then pour in enough bottled spring water to yield one large cup after boiling. Once your water is at a rolling boil, pour it into a small tea pot, and add in your mint tea. Let the tea steep for ten minutes, and remember to add in enough tea to be able to flavor the whole iced tea batch. Once your tea is done, strain it into a large iced tea container. Next pour in the chocolate mint syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and the 2% milk. Next take out a long wooden spoon and vigorously stir up the tea until all the syrup has dissolved, and you have a nice light even colored mixture. Next do a quick taste test, regulate your proportions if necessary, then slide the iced tea container into the refrigerator to chill for roughly one to three hours. Once your iced tea is ready, serve it in tall iced tea glasses poured over crushed ice. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
