Cooking Directions:
Tazo Iced Tea is quick and simple to make. First take out your tea kettle and boil enough spring water to yield one full cup. Once your water is at a nice rolling boil, pour it into a large tea cup, and then add in your Tazo spiced black tea. Be sure to make your tea extremely strong, as this one cup will flavor the whole iced tea batch. Let the tea steep for five minutes, until you have a rich dark color. Once your prepared tea is done, strain it into a glass pitcher, making sure you don't let any loose tea particles slip by. Next add in about 6 cups of water, and the maple syrup. Finally take out a long wooden spoon, and stir the tea together until all of the syrup has dissolved. Do a quick taste test to make sure you have your proportions correct, and then slide it into the refrigerator to chill for about one hour. Once your tea has chilled, serve it in tall iced tea glasses poured over ice cubes. Garnish the iced tea with mint leaves, and your guests will just love it.
