The first step in preparing this delicious Thai Iced Tea recipe, is you will want to take out a tea kettle, and then bring one cup of spring water to a boil. I use a Revere brand tea kettle, and it works like a charm. Once the water is at a rolling boil, proceed to make one cup of very strong Thai black blend tea. To achieve a strong tea, let it steep until it's a dark black color, which should take you roughly three to five minutes. Once you are done there, strain the tea into a large iced tea pitcher. Next pour in the six cups of cold spring water, sugar, cream, and condensed milk. Next take out a long wooden spoon, and mix up the tea until you have an even blend, and the sugar has completely dissolved. Once you are done there, place a lid over the pitcher, and slide it into the refrigerator to cool for about one hour. When serving, fill a tall iced tea glass up with ice cubes, and pour over the ice the creamy Thai Iced Tea. The tea can be garnished with a mint leave, or a small dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
