Unsweetened iced tea is great to have with a late dinner, as you will not get that sugar rush before bedtime. To prepare this iced tea recipe, take out a boiling kettle, and add in enough water to yield one large cup after boiling. Once your water reaches a rolling boil, pour it into a small tea pot, and let the tea steep for about 10 full minutes or so. Be sure to steep enough tea to make an extremely strong brew, as it will flavor the whole iced tea jug. Once your tea is done and ready, strain it into a large tea jug, making sure to strain all of the loose tea particles out. Next pour in the six final cups of bottled spring water, and then stir up the tea well until you have a nice even color. Lastly slide the tea jug into the refrigerator to chill for about two hours. Once it's done pour it over ice cubes in tall iced tea glasses. For an optional garnish add a sliced lemon wedge to each glass. It's a great way to get a dose of vitamin C. We hope you have enjoyed this recipe. Do try and use the exact Yogi Tea Chai Redbush Tea, as it's just lovely.
