Cooking Directions:
This recipe is not for the faint of heart, as it's a strong alcoholic beverage. To begin you will first need to take out your tea kettle, and boil enough water to yield one full cup. Once your spring water reaches a boil pour it into a tea pot or tea cup. Next add into the boiling water two to three bags of Assam black tea, as this cup will flavor the whole batch. Let the tea steep for six minutes, or until it's rich and dark in color. Once your tea is done, strain it into an iced tea pitcher, making sure to weed out any loose tea particles. Next pour into the pitcher six cups of spring water, the Sobieski Polish vodka, sweetened condensed milk, fine ground white sugar, and the strained lemon juice. Be sure to strain the lemon juice well, pulp and lemon seeds will ruin this drink. Next take out a long wooden mixing spoon, and stir it vigorously until all of the sugar granulates have fully dissolved, and you have a smooth creamy consistent color. At this point you will want to do a quick taste test, so that you have a final chance to regulate the sugar and alcohol content. Finally slide the iced tea pitcher into the refrigerator to chill for one to three hours. Serve it in tall iced tea glasses filled with ice cubes, and garnish each glass with one to two mint leaves.
