This is a rather sweet iced tea recipe, and it's just delicious. To begin you will want to boil enough spring water to yield one full cup. Take out your tea kettle, and bring your water to a rolling boil. A whistling tea kettle is easiest to use in my opinion. Once your water is boiling, pour it into a large tea cup, and then add in your white peony tea. This step is important, so be sure to make this cup of tea as strong as possible, as it will flavor the whole batch of iced tea. Let it steep for about five minutes, so the hot water can really bring out all of those wonderful flavors. Once your strong tea is ready, strain it into a glass pitcher. Next pour into the pitcher about six cups of spring water, the honey, the strained lemon juice, and the sweetened condensed milk. Next take out a long wooden spoon, and stir the contents well until you have an even and consistent liquid, and all your honey has dissolved. I like to do a taste test at this point, to make sure I have my proportions correct, and then make any adjusts as needed. Finally slide your pitcher into the refrigerator, and let the iced tea chill for about two hours. Once the tea has chilled, serve it in tall iced tea glasses, and garnish it with mint leaves.
